To have dishes really speak for themselves when they are on the plate—dishes should look exactly like they are going to taste. What is your favorite garnish? I like what I call go-to garnishes—flavors that aren't built into the dish but are available to complement. What tools do you use to style gorgeous plates? There are many tools to help design dishes.
