COCKTAIL HOUR PLAY ON A signature cocktail at the new Tower Suite Bar hits all the right notes. The key ingredient? Coconut. PHOTOGRAPHY BY ALEX KARVOUNIS You'll find a signature cocktail at any lounge venue throughout Wynn and Encore, and the new Tower Suite Bar is no exception. Wynn mix- ologist Patricia Richards says she was inspired to create this cocktail by Steve Wynn himself—a huge fan of coconut. "It's a delicious twist on a classic rum punch," she says. "Not quite as strong, but fruity, refreshing, and delicious!" THE PIANO 1 1 ⁄3 ⁄2 oz. Pyrat XO reserve rum 1 oz. Kalani coconut liqueur 1 oz. banana liqueur 2 oz. fresh sweet and sour 2 oz. pineapple juice 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters Combine all ingredients into a bar mixing glass. Add ice and shake well.
