Wynn mixologist Patricia Richards had the winter holidays in mind when she created this special cocktail. "My inspiration," says Richards, "was to play with the subtle notes of Oxley gin in a seasonally appropriate way." Gin, more than, say, vodka, very much varies in fl avor from brand to brand, because so much depends on which botanicals are used and how many. Keep a variety at hand for a country-club-quality home bar of your own. "This cocktail is simple enough to make at home," says Richards, "yet delicious enough to serve at our Wynn bars." oz. Oxley gin 1 oz. Cointreau liqueur 1 oz. POM pomegranate juice 1 Combine the above ingredients into a bar mixing glass. Shake with ice to chill, and strain into a chilled martini/cocktail glass.
