"We wanted it to feel fun and young, and yet also feel supremely elegant. You can enjoy a quiet dinner with friends or someone special, and there will be little touches in the service that will make the evening feel very special and undeniably festive. The look of the room also was designed with that in mind, with a particular accent on making women feel very beautiful." Las Vegas-based interior designer Todd-Avery Lenahan, the man responsible for such sumptuous spaces as Red 8 at Wynn or the Spa at Encore, has indeed crafted a luxurious, sophisticated room bathed in neutral tones, flattering light, and reflective accents of glass and crystal. "Andrea's interiors were conceived as a metaphorical portrait frame around the allure of modern women," Lenahan notes. "Contemporary and chic, the room is rendered in hues of cream, cognac, pearl, and gold that complement architectural forms, which are simultaneously sinuous and structured. Finishes are inspired by contemporary fashions, in particular glamorous footwear and handbags made of opulent materials such as gilt leather and couture crystal details. From demure to flirty, the room provokes moods that are inspired by various seating compositions, ranging from six intimate tête-à-tête enclaves to an elevated, see-and-be-seen stage of underlit frost-colored velvet sofas awash in the ambient sparkle 28 and glow of 1,000 champagne-tinted teardrops crafted of Venetian glass." If that sounds like an environment ripe for celebration, well, that's precisely what was intended. "We do love a party in Las Vegas," Wynn says. "But maybe that's one of the reasons we're the destination of choice, because we clearly enjoy what we do.
