style setter the ace of spade KATE SPADE'S DEBORAH LLOYD STACKS THE DECK IN VEGAS WITH A NEW BOUTIQUE AT FORUM SHOPS. by laurie brookins O ver five days last Thanksgiving, Deborah Lloyd enjoyed a pristine view of the Eiffel Tower—from her suite at Bellagio, that is. "It was too amazing to me to be in this room in Las Vegas and look out across the street and see the Eiffel Tower," she says. "Paris is one of my abso- lute favorite cities, so that was pretty fantastic. I even ended up eating at one of the little bistros [at the Paris] most days, because it was quite good." The British-born Lloyd says she and husband Simon Arscott were all too eager to partake of "America's playground" for this holiday typically steeped in tradition. "We loved getting into the spirit of Las Vegas," she says. "I felt I was living out so many scenes in so many films I love, that whole Rat Pack idea.
