Q: What experience has helped shape your career and development as a Chef? A: I have worked with many incredible Chefs in their Michelin Star restaurants around the world: Paul Bocuse, Joel Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire. All have been amazing mentors and I am very grateful for their belief in me. Q: You've worked with Pierre Gagnaire since 2005, what do you like most about working with him? A: Of course I like his cuisine, but was very shocked when I was fi rst introduced to his culinary style. I found it unique and attractive. I also like his per- sonality. I believe there are many grand chefs in the world, but there are very few like him. He is always creating and is very respectful of his team. Q: Do you have any plans for changes in the restaurant? A: I look forward to continuing the unique style that I've learned from Pierre Gagnaire and will continue to seek ways to surprise and delight our guests at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire.
