Invit ed blonde ambition T taylor swift strikes a pose at the 47th annual academy of Country music awards. he 47th annual Academy of Country Music Awards welcomed country's biggest stars to perform for a packed house at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Few awards were actually given out on-air, as the three-hour show traditionally prefers to keep the vibe more like "country music's party of the year," rather than a drumline of speeches. But the biggest award of the night–and one of the most prestigious in the world of country music–is Entertainer of the Year, the only fan-voted trophy. As her award show luck goes, it was the tall, blonde Taylor Swift who ultimately won the night's coveted prize–her second consecutive score for this honor. She also rocked out in her audience seat to Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney's "Feel Like a Rock Star" performance and presented Blake Shelton with his Male Vocalist of the Year win.
