If you can't get enough lobster, there is a textbook lobster risotto as well, using the tail of a Bahamian lobster, the rice laced with leeks and the finest herbs. The restaurant also pays a sort of homage to meat lovers with a number of charbroiled steaks and a mesquite-smoked prime rib listed at 14 ounces. Harissa pops up a second time in the spiced french fries, dressed with an ancho-garlic aioli. Another side dish not to miss is the Alaskan king crab mac and cheese. Not indulgent enough? Also notable is Domäne Wachau '11 Grüner Veltliner from chef Lenger's native Austria— tart, crisp, and refreshing.
