PHOTOGRAPHY BY MOLLY ANNE PHOTOGRAPHY 70 BOSTONCOMMON-MAGAZINE.COM GLAMOUR GIRL CELEB PHOTOGRAPHER RACHAEL RUBIN DISHES OUT SUPERSTAR-WORTHY MAKEOVERS AT RLR STUDIO. BY KRISTA DEJULIO She's photographed fashion designer Gemma Kahng, America's Next Top Model Leila Goldkuhl, and a gaggle of other glitterati. Now, Rachael Rubin wants to give her fellow Bostonians a dose of the glamorous life. With her new RLR Studio and adjacent Beauty PaRLR, the 25-year-old has launched far more than a photography business. "I like to call it a one-stop shop for makeup, hair, and photogra- phy," says Rubin, who says the idea for an all-in-one concept was born during her days as a makeup artist. "People kept asking me to do the same thing for them," she says. "I kept doing makeup, hair, and then photography." With a full staff of hair and makeup stylists as well as luxe amenities (Cham- pagne, anyone?), Rubin is poised to help you channel your inner Gigi Hadad—or at least get you ready for your next uber-posh gala. At the enormous 4,000-square-foot loft in Framingham, Rubin has designed a space brimming with vintage couches, sleek mirrors, and flowers galore. Natural light pours through gigantic windows and onto the hardwood floors, each element coming together in boho-chic splendor—not unlike Rubin's services themselves. Says the do-it-all Rubin, "I love making people look and feel beautiful." 1 Watson Pl., Framingham, 508-309-6484; rlrstudio.com .
