Take comfort in the fact that one of the city's most buzzed-about restaurants, Bellagio's Harvest by Roy Ellamar, might only be open for dinner but offers farm-fresh cocktails that should have you feeling bright-eyed and clear- headed in no time. For a quick kick, opt for one of Bellagio Master Mixologist Ricardo Murcia's creations such as the Beets by Roy, a combination of mezcal, cold-pressed beet juice, and Mandarin syrup that arrives garnished with a goat cheese- stuffed beet cone, or the Kiwi Collins, in which Grey Goose Le Citron is coupled with organic kale-apple juice and kiwi.
