BY MATT KELEMEN Wynn guests fi nd truth in wine and design at F The patio and indoor-outdoor garden lounge at La Cave requent guests to Wynn Las Vegas who last visited before December are likely to have noticed a new presence as they walk down the familiar hallway featuring The Buffet, Terrace Pointe Café and The Country Club. A large, medallion-shaped sign, with la cave standing out in white against the brown background, hangs above a bronze- tinted, transparent "eyebrow archway" that encloses a glass façade and revolving door. The atmosphere inside contrasts sharply with the exterior hallway, like a turn off a street in a major metropolitan bar-and-restaurant district into the warm, welcoming environs of a social-friendly dining-and-drinking establishment, here dominated by an open kitchen and room- length center table with a sign hanging over it that reads in vino veritas—"in wine there is truth"—in red LED lights.
