COCKTAIL HOUR FALL FOR FRUIT ⁄4 oz. Knob Creek bourbon 3⁄4 oz. Pama pomegranate liqueur 1 oz. Pom pomegranate juice 1 rounded barspoon (1 1 1⁄2 oz. fresh sweet and sour Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake well to disperse and break up the preserved fi g. Inspired by the design of Lakeside, which is adorned with strangler fig trunks around the perimeter, Wynn mixologist Patricia Richards created this cocktail using the autumn flavors of fig and pomegran- ate, which meld beautifully with the rich flavors of the Knob Creek eight-year-old bourbon. "Whiskey is becoming a very hot ingredient in cocktails these days," says Richards. "I like to showcase it in new, unique and creative ways for our guests to enjoy."
