It's Untitled, a new restaurant and lounge that covers 18,000 square feet and boasts four bars, a stage, and a variety of revamped classic eats. Walk through the understated stairway, and you're transported to the days of f lapper girls and dapper guys. Wingback chairs and sumptuous leather-paneled walls beckon guests to the library, which boasts about 255 American whiskeys (the largest selection in the nation), starting at $6 with the Zackariah Harris up to $199 with the rare 16-year A.H. Hirsch Reserve ($199). A Champagne bar in the nearby dining room offers 17 types of bubblies by the glass. In the roomy lounge, the sounds of live jazz and blues transport guests noshing on supper-club-inspired plates such as oysters Rockefeller, the mammoth unmarked double doors on West Kinzie Street and down Manhattan clam chowder, and rib eye with bone-marrow butter. Regarding the establishment's trendy vibe, Untitled's COO Art Mendoza says, "A lot of people have told us it's time someone brought New York to Chicago.
