Guests enjoyed cocktail hour with a signature acai cocktail before chef Ramsay introduced the menu for the evening, and met each guest to chat and take photos. The dinner began with a Scotch quail egg amuse bouche, followed by an heirloom tomato salad, a duo of Ramsay's signature roast beef Wellington and American Wagyu rib cap and finished with sticky toffee pudding and an assortment of chocolates. The restaurant provided wine pairings for each dish and guests enjoyed water provided by Voss.
