Mrs. Bush was joined at the reception by other political, literary, and artistic luminaries who are among the 175 members of the National Committee. Among the attendees were Anne Poulet, former Museum of Fine Arts department director, Paul Holtz of Historical Commission, the Massachusetts local historian and author Pauline Metcalf, and Cedric Tonello, Cartier Boston director. Guests were invited upon arrival to take a tour of Mrs. Hunnewell's Italian topiary gardens and property, which over- look Lake Waban, and were served lobster finger sandwiches, sesame-duck tacos, and lamb lolli- pops topped with mint pesto.
