Today's home gyms, like this casita from Blue Heron, combine privacy, flexibility, spa-like comfort, and stunning views. Haute Property NEWS, STARS, AND TRENDS IN REAL ESTATE Ready to Rumble PHOTOGRAPHY COURTESY OF BLUE HERON ARCHITECTURE IT'S HARD TO SELL A HOUSE THESE DAYS WITHOUT SOME MAJOR HOME-GYM MUSCLE, FROM THE LATEST IN WORKOUT ROOMS TO INDOOR PUTTING GREENS. BY TONY ILLIA T oday's hottest, most sought-after residences are personalized retreats, where custom fitness facilities are a key component of that stay-at-home resort lifestyle.
