The Pierce is accepting applications for its 2018 unveiling. Connecting the Longwood medical area, Fenway, and Back Bay, the development will cater to "the luxury resident looking for something edgier," says Leslie Cohen, principal and COO of broker Samuels & Associates. The Stats: One hundred and nine condos and 240 luxury rentals, four elevators, 30 stories. The Design: Interiors by CBT Architects, with Bosch and Sub-Zero appliances in the condos and GE Profile in the apartments. Exterior by Arquitectonica. The Perks: Street-level retail, a rooftop pool with cabanas (for condo owners), and a gym and yoga studio.
