A joint effort from CEO Albert Mack and chef Bobby Silva, the eatery specializes in indulgent dining experiences by day, tempting guests with treats like crispy garlic-garnished tuna tataki ( shown), pan-seared scallops, and Wagyu beef rolls. By night, meanwhile, the space transforms into a low-lit lounge where anything goes, including immersive activi- ties like dance parties, restaurant-wide sake bombs, and lip-sync battles. The restaurant's 1,300-square-foot Sakura Terrace offers custom menus and balcony-level views for larger parties. With freshness at top of mind, the restaurants' menus showcase oak-roasted dishes that incorporate sustainable and locally sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible.
