"Ten years ago, if you wanted to buy work clothes, there were just suits," says the founder of the Natick-based fashion brand Nic+Zoe. "There really wasn't anything for those women working in schools, real estate, or doctor's offices—it was just Juicy Couture tracksuits," she adds with a laugh.
