During the Halsted Eye Boutique-sponsored soiree, which benefitted the Brain Injury Association of Illinois, revelers sipped cocktails by Toast Vodka while dancing to music by Apollo XO, DJ Zel, and The Franchise. CONRAD GRAND OPENING The Conrad Chicago heralded its Windy City debut with a 1960s-themed opening celebration. Attendees explored the new Erie Street space over signature cocktails crafted by the hotel's restaurant, Baptiste & Bottle, complemented by light bites including scallops, risotto, and lobster deviled eggs.
