The event is always a favorite among the town's elite, and this one was no exception. Local chefs, including Congress's David Bull and Trio's Elmar Prambs, showcased their respective restaurants' signature plates as guests perused the one-of-a-kind VIP auction items. Since the first Signature Chefs Auction in 1989, these annual events have raised more than $150 million for the March of Dimes. All proceeds from this event also benefited the organization that works to improve the healthcare of newborns.
