Three hundred guests rocked their favorite pair of sneakers with chic party attire while enjoying gourmet stadium fare including Kobe beef sliders, tater tots, and a junk-food platter with cotton candy, cookies, and fruit skewers. The fun and sporty event raised $150,000 to support the organization's mission of inspiring and enabling all young people to achieve greatness. Boys & Girls Clubs members, including a 16-person choir who sang "We Are the World" from Englestad Clubhouse, provided live entertainment, and radio DJ Mercedes Martinez of Mix 94.1 served as the mistress of ceremonies. Christophe Georges, president and COO of Bentley Motors, spoke and thanked the Towbin family— Carolynn, Jesika, and Josh—with a plaque for their partnership, and guests included Jim Murren, Ed Bernstein, Rino Armeni, and Farid Matraki. On display was the 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish; the latest line of Rolls-Royce Phantoms; and Bentley's fastest car ever, the Bentley Continental GT Speed, which is displayed at only two dealerships in the country.
