Latin food, live entertainment, and dancing promise to make the fundraiser an upbeat night. The event kicks off at 6 PM with a cocktail reception around the Giant Ocean Tank and back harbor terrace. Entertainment will run from 8 PM to midnight, and chef Ming Tsai designed the menu for the evening.
