The sold out event co-hosted by WCVB-TV Channel 5's Kelley Tuthill and Susan Wornick featured beautiful fashions by Ports & Company modeled by the newswomen of WCVB-TV Channel 5. Special guests included Tim Fox, former safety for the New England Patriots, and Hall of Fame Red Sox Outfielder Jim Rice. Thanks to the generosity of loyal sponsors and guests, the event raised nearly $90,000 to provide critical support services to local families fighting breast cancer. Boston Golf Club hosted the tournament, giving talented amateur golfers the chance to play on the beautiful course as the foundation brought their annual tournament to New England for the first time. The tournament helped raise money and awareness for kidney disease, an illness affecting 26 million adults. The three top teams were invited to Pebble Beach Resorts in California to compete for the National Championship. This year's tournament was chaired by Alex Wayman and local sponsors included Putnam Investments, Boston Area Cadillac Dealers, NetJets, and Willow Tree Poultry Farm. National sponsors included Cadillac, PING, Golf Digest, Golf World, The Greg Norman Collection, Tiffany & Co., Insurance Auto Auction/One Car One Difference and the Pebble Beach Resorts, host of the National Finals.
