DEN Property Group hosted a nontraditional open house at
a luxury listing at 1309 Meriden Lane in Tarrytown. Summer
drinks flowed, featuring sips by Gem + Bolt Mezcal and Guns
& Oil Brewing Co., and guests were served lite bites by Chef
Katrina Cunning. The secluded estate, designed by
Designtrait and built by The Burt Group, served as the
perfect escape from the summer heat.
