The 21-year-old daughter of Chicago power couple Jim and Sandy Reynolds, she's showing serious gumption on her own as the founder and designer of new luxury footwear line Kendall Miles Designs. With its sky-high heels, funky feathers, and can't-miss hardware details inspired by vintage Manolo Blahnik designs, the collection is as bold as its creator, whose goal is to make shoes for women who "long for disruption to their everyday routine, take risks, and choose to live life fear- lessly." Case in point: The must-have "Pout" ($1300), a sensational leather boot with a nearly five-inch heel. A little punk rock and a lot sexy, its sleek, simple structure is ornamented with gleaming gold studs and fastens, as well as a detachable pouch for extra visual interest. You don't need to give up comfort to get this killer look, either: The base of the shoe features a hidden five-milli- meter platform with double insole padding to discreetly lessen the heel's pitch and make the boot more comfortable for walking— or, more appropriately, strutting.
