CliQue Bar & Lounge in Cosmopolitan, from former Light Group owner Andy Masi's new Clique Hospitality group, is just such a place. "We didn't want a club, or a space where you have to pay a cover. There's no cranking music, and it's not a boxed-in, four-wall place," Masi explains. What it is: an intimate, Studio Munge–designed room curtained from the casino and outfitted in warm golds and leathers, with a beautifully lit bar as its star. "We hired the most creative mixolo- gists out there to have fun with incredible ingredients," he says.
