At Wynn, Executive Chef Russell Parker and Executive Vice President of Design and Development Roger Thomas have joined forces in ramping up the resort's Technicolor-tinted one-stop shop for every- thing from sushi to rodizio-style meats, but the addition of more than 120 new dishes to the Buffet's menu isn't the only update. Along with its main culinary stations, the space now features a color palette of Swiss coffee and delicate vine (along with, of course, the feeling that you are dining in a hothouse on steroids), a state-of-the-art sound system, and an expanded patisserie with a three-pool chocolate fountain at its center. "We wanted to make it so you'd have a hard time choosing because it all looks good," Parker says. Your biggest challenge just might be deciding how many return trips to make.
