PHOTOGRAPHY BY ROSS DANIELS JAZZ ASPEN SNOWMASS —whose mission is to present and preserve jazz and related forms of music through world-class events, performances, and education pro- grams—celebrated its 25th anniversary with a spectacular benefit at the stunning McClain Flats ranch of Bob and Soledad Hurst. The guests—who were asked to don all black or all white set against a neon décor motif—were treated to a sunset cocktail hour featuring Woody Creek Distillers vodka before proceeding into the 500 -person tent for dinner, a live auction, and live music from '70s rockers Chic featuring Nile Rodgers. Christian McBride served as the guest DJ for the evening.
