F
ashion owes much to Frank Sinatra and
his fun-loving pals, who were fixtures
on the Las Vegas entertainment circuit
in the 1950s and '60s. Their sharp-
as-a-knife style—cuffed, fitted shirts;
the perfect pocket square; a classic fedora—is
as synonymous with Vegas as it is with the icons
themselves. And a beautiful woman in an eve-
ning dress? The clothes may have received a
modern update, but the lady would fit right in
at a front table in the Copa Room. That sultry
elegance—seen in golden evening light in the
Encore restaurant Sinatra, in the grand corri-
dor at Encore Spa, and here, nestled in a gold
banquet at Surrender—is as timeless as the
Chairman's legacy itself.
