the long-standing efforts of the organiza-
tion's cofounder and board cochair
Nancy Houssels on her 80th birthday with
a special one-night-only gala performance
at the Smith Center for the Performing
Arts' Reynolds Hall. A variety of
performers, including Frankie Moreno,
hip-hop dancer Lil Buck, and NBT's
in-house
professional company, took the
stage to entertain the crowd before Moreno
and Artistic Director James Canfield
ended the evening by leading the audience
in a lively rendition of "Happy Birthday."

FASHION SHOW
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WYNN LAS VEGAS, the Nathan
Adelson Hospice presented its annual Flair for Care Fashion
Show inside the resort's Lafite Ballroom. The event, this year
spotlighting the new collection from international womens-
wear designer Naeem Khan, serves as a major fundraiser for
the largest nonprofit hospice in Nevada and includes both a
gourmet
luncheon and a couture fashion show.
