THIS LITTLE PIGGY WENT TO… Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental on its opening night. Guests
were greeted by a whole roasted pig, multiple raw bars, an extensive charcuterie and cheese spread (one of
the house's specialties), and plated small bites that were miniature versions of chef Daniel Boulud's signature
dishes, including coq au vin. Boulud was joined by many of his friends in the Boston culinary community,
including chefs Lydia Shire, Michael Schlow, and Barbara Lynch, in celebrating his first restaurant in the city.
