AD PHOTOGRAPHY BY TK; ILLUSTRATION BY TK Avión Tequila Dinner at Sensi Jenna Fagnan, president of Tequila Avión, presented the company's fine tequilas at a private dinner at Sensi, inside Bellagio, on February 20. Executive Chef Roy Ellamar impressed guests with a lavish dinner that included foie gras au torchon and dry-aged bison rib eye, and each course was paired with exquisite cocktails made with Avión's top- ranked, award-winning tequilas. Guests were also treated to samples of the extremely rare and highly sought-after Avión Tequila Reserva 44 Extra Añejo. Rodger Gillespie and Adam Brilliant Dennis Ciechna and Adam Vesely J.R. Starkus, Alenrry Iniguez, and Nectaly Mendoza Leann Kruger and Rob Dionisio Marc Suciu, Ryan Dennis, and Ryan Stull Cocktails were custom-crafted to showcase the nuances of Avión's fine tequilas.
