It was hosted by Katie Epstein and Tiffany Twohig, and 20 percent of all proceeds from the event benefited Nevada Ballet Theatre. Guests— including chefs Jonathan Waxman and Aarón Sanchez and Cosmopolitan CEO John Unwin— also sampled a selection of assaggini and aperitivi from the book in the restaurant's intimate back room.
