Held in the Red Mountain home of Dr. Brian Kirshon and wife, Carol, the evening began with a Champagne toast and Goose Island beer, followed by a fourcourse meal prepared by celebrity chef Michael Voltaggio (Ink Restaurant, LA). Attendees, including actress and cookbook author Ali Larter, sipped Far Niente wines and toasted the 31st annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.
