INVITED Danille Steel, Angel Dawson, Amber Williams, and Brandy Collins Carla Pellegrino Deven May and Dayna Roselli Lydia Ansel and Chris Phillips Rob Stone and Chrissy Joy Erica Van Lee and Jennifer Lyn STK, Cosmopolitan's sexy steakhouse, was transformed into a Hamptons-style beach estate for an end-of-summer soirée hosted by Strip headliner Frankie Moreno. Partygoers dressed in summer whites—including Anthony Cools, Pawn Stars's Chumlee, Dancing With the Stars's Lacey Schwimmer, Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans, Jersey Boys's Deven May, and Zowie Bowie—arrived, fittingly, on a white carpet. White-clad violinists, models, and performers added to the beachy ambience. VIP guests enjoyed a Moët Hennessy and Red Bull–sponsored open bar featuring Veuve Cliquot Champagne and Belvedere vodka, while STK Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft impressed with an array of light appetizers from a white-inspired menu, including snapper ceviche, white grits on shrimp, and cucumber cups with coconut curry chicken.
