Chefs Club partner Stephane de Baets and Aspen Peak hosted 20 tastemakers who experienced exceptional French cuisine and wine pairings. Pacaud is famous for his French restaurant L'Ambrosie, which has been awarded three Michelin stars every year for a quarter century.
